This qualification is designed for fitness professionals who possess foundational training knowledge, such as a Level 3 Fitness Instructor certification or a Level 4 Personal Trainer certification.

Learning and assessment
The Nordic Kettlebell Coach Level 1 contains two final assessments. The final knowledge assessment is an online quiz that is based upon the information taught within the three lessons. The 12-question quiz has a passing grade of 70% and can be attempted up to three times to reach the necessary mark. The second assessment is a short, practical video assessment. Students are required to record, edit, and upload 1 complete assessment video for grading by an expert tutor. The video assessment will contain footage of the student coaching and demonstrating three distinct kettlebell exercises to camera. The practical video assessment requires a passing grade of 70%. In addition to the assessment, a minimum of 90% of all online content, lessons, and videos, must be read and watched to successfully meet the completion criteria.
