Overview
The Barbell Row is a great exercise for building back strength and muscle mass. This exercise helps strengthen your core as well.
Description
- Grasp bar with hands shoulder width apart.
- Push your hips back and bend forward until your upper body is parallel to the ground, keeping your back straight.
- Lower the bar down until your arms are straight, keeping the bar close to your legs.
- Pull the bar into your stomach, and repeat movement.
Mistakes
- Allowing the back to “round”.
