The Leg Press on TQLP strengthens the legs, hips and buttocks. This is a great exercise for shaping and defining the legs and thighs.


  • Place feet shoulder width apart on foot platforms, adjust seat so there is a 90 set resistance.
  • Grip handles and lean into back pad.Grip handles and lean into back pad.
  • Slowly press legs outward without locking knees.
  • Return to start position and repeat.
