The PowerBlock Lateral Raise — Standing is a good exercise for strengthening the shoulders. The standing position allows for more weight to be used than when seated.
Description
- Standing tall, hold the PowerBlock dumbbells in your hands with your arms hanging straight.
- Keeping your arms straight, lift the PowerBlock dumbbells to the sides.
- Stop at shoulder height and return the PowerBlock dumbbells to the start position.
Mistakes
- Shrugging the shoulders excessively.
- Hunching forward.
- Leaning back.
