Overview
The PowerBlock Lying Alternating Bench Press is a good exercise for building upper body strength and working your core at the same time. You can do high repetitions to improve strength endurance. Or you can use a heavier weight to improve max strength.
Description
- Grab a dumbbell in each hand and lay down on a bench, holding the dumbbells in a bench press position.
- Press the left dumbbell up and slightly towards your mid line.
- Return to the starting position and then press the right dumbbell.
- Repeat.

- Poor Posture.
- Not controlling the weight.
