The single leg calf raise on a step is a good way to shape and tone your calf. The best part about doing this exercise on a step is that you can stretch your calf while you strengthen it. Description
- Holding onto something stable, stand with one heel hanging off the step (the other held in the air)
- Lower your heel as far as it can go
- Then rise up onto your toes, lifting your heel as far as it can go
- Then lower the heel again
