This stretch can be performed anywhere, no equipment is needed. In between emails give the cat-dog stretch a try, it feels good.


  • Kneel down and place your hands down in front of you, keeping your back in a neutral position.
  • Drop your head down.
  • Round your back up as high as you can, tucking your tail bone down.
  • Then Move to the opposite position by arching your back as much as you comfortably can, lifting your head.
  • Then return to the neutral spine position.
